After the July 19th outage, many flights have been grounded, cancelled, or delayed, leading to long queues at airports.
In the UAE, Etihad Airways and Emirates are still operating as normal but have warned passengers travelling on Friday, July 19th, to expect minor delays.
An Emirates spokesperson told Gulf News, “We are aware of the global IT disruption and are monitoring the situation closely.”
Etihad Airways also confirmed to Gulf News that it has continued to operate normally since the disruption.
While there hasn’t been an immediate effect on flights from these airlines, passengers might experience some delays due to disruptions at other airports.
