Babylon has unveiled its latest concept, ‘Let Them Have Brunch.’ This exciting addition to Babylon’s repertoire of weekly events promises a decadent brunch experience that seamlessly blends extraordinary entertainment, electric party vibes, exceptional food and beverages and a unique twist of its own.
As we stepped into Babylon, we were instantly captivated by its intimate ambiance and transported to another era. The performers showcased incredible talent and the seamless integration of entertainment, high-end food, and beverages was truly impressive. Babylon’s brunch concept has it all – a feast for the senses, where exquisite cuisine and captivating performances come together.
Every Saturday, from 1pm to 4pm, Babylon’s gates swing open to reveal a spectacle of lavish celebrations. The allure of 18th-century French splendour intertwines with Babylon’s signature touch of extravagance and modern sophistication, creating an unforgettable brunch experience.
The culinary team at Babylon has meticulously crafted a menu that showcases their commitment to exceptional dining. For seafood enthusiasts, the raw salmon dish steals the show. Delicately prepared with a zesty orange zest, a hint of chilli, and a delightful tempura crunch, each bite offers a harmonious blend of freshness and texture.
To enhance the brunch experience, Babylon offers an amazing selection of Bellinis alongside other premium beverages. From classic peach to vibrant passionfruit and refreshing raspberry variations, each Bellini is a celebration of flavours, adding an extra touch of elegance and sophistication to your brunch.
The show has dancing, drummers and singing – with the songs ranging from French classics through to ‘How Deep is Your Love’ and ‘New York New York.’ Performers aren’t confined to the stage and in true eclectic fashion – you will find a dancer in the bathtub surrounded by bubbles beside the bar!
