Lana by the Dorchester Collection is finally set for opening in September this year and he is what we know so far…
The Dorchester Collection is actually owned by the Brunei Investment Agency, the sovereign wealth fund of the Sultan of Brunei. The Lana by Dorchester part of the Dorchester Collection is actually (hotel and residences) under a management agreement with the developer OMNIYAT
The Lana Hotel and Residences has been designed by renowned architects Foster + Foster Partners. Foster + Foster have built several well known projects such as Heathrow Airport T2, Lusail Iconic Stadium in Qatar and Masdar City Abu Dhabi
The Lana is set to include a lobby which is a combination of indoors and outdoors, a rooftop pool, nightlife venue, wellness centre and several restaurants. The Lana will have 225 keys with a mix of suites with Burj Khalifa views.
In a city swimming in 5 star luxury hotels and resorts it remains to be seen if The Lana will actually be able to punch through and create a following and reputation enjoyed by The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane or Coworth Park. We are sure it will and look forward to the Lana opening in September 2023.
