Expanding on the triumph of The MAINE’s foray into Europe’s premier summer destinations last year, including the launch of The MAINE Ibiza, the 150-seat MAINE Bodrum is poised to make its mark. With a similar aesthetic to its predecessors, boasting dark, rustic interiors complemented by candlelight, the restaurant offers both indoor and alfresco seating, providing an elegant setting for intimate dinners and social gatherings.
The menu at MAINE Bodrum showcases an exquisite selection of offerings, ranging from fresh seafood sourced from the raw bar to an extensive variety of hot and cold starters meant for sharing. Guests can also indulge in the brand’s signature dishes, such as sea bass ceviche, tomato carpaccio, chargrilled artichokes, sticky short ribs, and lobster taglioni, ensuring a culinary experience that delights the senses.
