Party Away on New Year’s Day: Day Parties for Welcoming 2024 in Dubai

If you and your squad are still standing after ringing in the New Year, here are some epic day parties for you to continue the festivities. 

New Year’s Eve has to be the biggest night of the year in the UAE, with epic fireworks, parties and events happening across the country and tickets regularly selling out months in advance. 

Even if you missed some of the Christmas action (with the 25th falling on a Monday this year) there’s plenty of time to make up on NYE and also NYD – which boasts an impressive lineup of gatherings. Read on to find out more about where to go in DXB on January 1st…

Mimi Kakushi, Four Seasons Resort Jumeirah Beach

Guests can expect sharing style starters and a la carte main, followed by sharing desserts, with a festive twist, along with the resident DJ. Pay AED 475 for soft drinks,  AED 630 for house beverages and AED 840 for bubbly, from 12pm-4pm on January 1st.

Jumeirah Al Qasr Hotel
The Al Qasr NYD brunch promises to deliver one of the best feasts in the city, with an array of festive delicacies, plus live entertainment such as a DJ, sax player and percussionist. AED 590 with soft drinks, AED 690 for cocktails and prosecco, AED 820 for bubbly and AED 325 for kids under 12, from 1PM-4PM.

Alternatively head over to Pierchic and sample a culinary journey in their unique location with a curated edition of the La Domenica Italian sharing-style set-menu. From 1pm-2:45pm, AED 350 for food online.

Feeling in need of some French chic? Pop down to French Riviera Beach where you can unwind beachside with flavours from the South of France as you indulge in the à la carte menu by Chef Remy Marquinon. AED 450 (minimum spend) from 1pm-10pm. Meanwhile in the French Riviera restaurant, you can dine on a gastronomic journey to the South of France with a festive sharing menu of French Mediterranean classics. 1-4pm AED 500 for food, AED 650 with prosecco and AED 800 with champagne.


Madinat Jumeirah

Enjoy a delightful festive afternoon tea experience in Al Fayrooz Lounge that unfolds against the picturesque backdrop of the meandering waterways of Madinat Jumeirah. AED 330 with one glass of champagne or AED 150 for kids between 4-12 years old, from 1-5pm. 

Pai Thai is also bringing their unique brand of Asian flavours with a four-course sharing menu, live entertainment and an authentic Thai drumming performance. AED 245 with soft beverages, AED 395 for house, plus an À la carte menu available, from 1-4pm.

Jumeirah Al Naseem
Chef Andrea Brugnetti presents an exquisite four-course brunch showcasing contemporary Mediterranean seafood flair at Rockfish, perfect for the whole family to enjoy. AED 525 with soft drinks, AED 625 with house beverages and AED 825 for bubbly, and there’s a special menu for kids, from AED 1-3:30pm. 

Beachfront venue Kayto is also offering a dreamy brunch selection inspired from its chic and contemporary Peruvian Nikkei Cuisine, paired with eclectic live entertainment. AED 525 for soft drinks, AED 625 for house beverages and AED 825 for bubbly, from 1pm-3:30pm.

Shimmers, Jumeirah Mina A’Salam
Savour Greek delicacies and specially crafted festive specials paired with free-flowing beverages and live tunes from the DJ, in a picturesque beachfront setting. AED 790 with soft drinks, AED 990 for house beverages and AED 350 for kids under 12 years, from 12:30pm-4pm.

Hillhouse Brasserie, Dubai Hills 

Unwind with a fun-filled festive family roast, perfectly paired with a selection of beverages and live entertainment. AED 195 for adults and AED 95 for kids under 12, from 1pm-4pm.


The Duck Hook, Dubai Hills

Enjoy a la carte festive specials and drinks to match paired with soulful tunes from the live singer who is performing from 7pm-10pm while the event is from 11:30am-12am. 

Aura Sky Pool, Palm Tower

Book your swim sesh in the sky on January 1st from 12pm-7pm with prices starting at AED 675 depending on the seating area, which includes a glass of champagne. You can also enjoy a brunch for 3 hours with pan-Asian flavours and free-flowing drinks, while listening to their resident DJ. 12pm-7pm from AED 675, or brunch from AED 550 with house beverages up to AED 750 with champagne. 

Fi’lia, SLS Dubai

Expect gorgeous Italian cuisine served up here in traditional style with dishes like antipasti, carpaccio, burrata invernale, cozze e vongole, gnocchi and of course, a traditional Italian Panettone. From 12:30pm-4pm, AED 550 with soft drinks, AED 700 with house, and AED 850 with champagne. 

Ginger Moon, W Dubai – Mina Seyahi

Stylish and chic, you can enjoy all-day dining with a sun splattered NYD brunch, featuring an indulgent buffet with house drinks and live music. From 3pm-6pm AED 499 per person. 

Sandbar, JA The Resort

Head to the Sandbar’s Caribbean-themed brunch by the beach and sample scrumptious dishes and themed drinks, while sat enjoying the out-of-city sea breeze. There’s a live BBQ and lively yet relaxed atmosphere, so the perfect place to wind down after a heavy night before. From 7pm-11pm, AED 300 for soft drinks, AED 420 with house, and 50% for kids aged 6-12 years. 

Giardino, Palazzo Versace Dubai

Take your friends and family for an elegant meal with a glorious buffet spread with international cuisine, entertainment for all ages, and a live DJ. 1pm-5pm, AED 400 with soft drinks, AED 500 with house drinks, and AED 620 with sparkling and AED 820 with champagne, while children under 12 years dine for AED 190.
