7-course menu at Brunello, Kempinski the Palm

Indulge in a culinary masterpiece at Brunello Restaurant, where every dish is a tribute to the art of fine dining. Begin with the ‘Carpaccio di Manzo,’ where tenderloin melts on the palate, elevated by earthy artichoke aioli and fragrant truffle. The ‘Risotto ai Porcini e Tartufo’ follows, a rich blend of Carnaroli rice, porcini mushrooms, and seasonal truffle. Next, savour the ‘Tortelli d’Anatra,’ with delicate pasta encasing confit duck and squash, paired perfectly with parmigiano crema and demi-glace. The ‘Baccalà’ enchants with line-caught cod in brown butter, accompanied by a whipped potato croquette and cauliflower purée. The ‘Tagliata di Manzo’ offers a sumptuous finish with Australian wagyu striploin, Jerusalem artichoke purée, and king oyster mushrooms, all bathed in demi-glace. Conclude this journey with the ‘Spuma di Cocco,’ a cloud-like coconut foam paired with mixed berries, lemon curd, and crunchy homemade granola, creating a blissful finale to an unforgettable dining experience.

Available daily, 19:00 – 23:00 at AED 485 per person.  For bookings and information, call +971 4 444 2000, email fbreservation.thepalm@kempinski.com.
