Radisson Damac Hills launches 4 new theme nights for the new year

Radisson Damac hills now has new theme nights on Mondays (Malaysian Mondays), Thursdays (Curry Thursdays), Fridays (Thai Fridays) and Saturdays (BBQ Saturdays.

Malaysian Mondays is a culinary journey through Malaysia cooked by Chef Azlee Zainon, our resident Malaysian chef. The food is incredibly tasty and has been so well received thus far. Served at Hessa Street Kitchen and is a buffet style menu. Timing from 6-10pm. Salad or soup for starters, take your pick from Shrimp & Young Mango salad, Beansprout & Mussel coconut salad or Malaysian Oxtail soup. For the mains coconut cream, turmeric with king fish curry, steam ginger Rice, gulai ayam, Lamb soya sauce and Beef rendang are yours for the taking.

Curry Thursdays is different curries and the accompanying sides, sauces, starters and all that goes with the best of curries from the sub-continent. Cooked by Rakesh and Shailendra. As far as chicken goes the good old tikka masala, balti, bhuan and Handi are there for you. Fish wise, you can choose from Mango, Goan and the Polli Chal. Timing from 6-10pm.

Thai Fridays is authentic cuisine cooked by our Thai Chef Lucky Purinphat. Enjoy many Thai dishes you have never experienced before plus all of the favourites. Served at Hessa Street Kitchen and is a buffet style menu. Timing from 6-10pm.

BBQ Saturdays is a selection of different bbq dishes cooked on live stations on Saturdays at FireLake Terrace. Timing from 2-7pm.

Our theme nights are 6-10pm on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays and on Saturday is 2-7pm.
