The cult-favourite skincare line by Pharrell Williams is back for a restock and you have to be quick before they are out again.
Late last year, award-winning singer and songwriter Pharrell Williams, launched a genderless skincare line called Humanrace. Immediately after the release, the products were all sold out leaving fans and beauty enthusiasts wanting for more. And here’s the good news: the cult-loved beauty goodies are going to be restocked.
For the uninitiated, Humanrace Skincare features three essential products, designed to be a three-step routine for all skin types and colours. Essentially, you will be cutting down on the steps you need to take for your regular beauty regime.
The first step is a Rice Powder Cleanser, made with fruits AHAs and crushed rice powder that foams up when water is added. The cleanser ensures that your skin is deeply cleansed while not excessively stripping away moisture from the skin. After cleansing, the Lotus Enzyme Exfoliator is applied to the skin. Formulated with antioxidant-packed lotus leaf and hydrating apple extract, this creamy exfoliator gently dissolves any buildup of dead skin cells, leaving the face plump and smooth. Lastly, the Humidifying Cream, developed with snow mushroom extract and squalene, is designed to lock moisture into the skin so that your skin looks dewy and glowy 24/7.
All the products were made in consultation with Pharrell’s long-time dermatologist, Dr Elena Jones, and they are vegan, fragrance-free and packed in green containers branded with braille lettering. Also, the skincare line uses 50% recycled plastic as part of the brand’s effort to be sustainable.
