The Paris born restaurant and lounge set to take a new residency at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah
Indulgence is set to have a new address at Barfly by Buddha-Bar, the city’s latest rooftop hotspot at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, opening November 15th. With mystic interiors, an expertly created menu, and an enigmatic atmosphere, guests are immersed into the Barfly experience. Originally conceptualized in Paris in 1995, Barfly was inspired by the legendary habitué Charles Bukowski, and the venue went on to redefine what nightlife is to the whole world! Now, witness the unique and celebrity-loved restaurant and lounge take the Palm Jumeirah by storm.
Upon entry, guests are greeted by a sculpture embodying the Goddess of Victory, setting the tone for the rest of the venue’s interiors. The neo-baroque design evokes an unmistakable feeling of seclusion and inimitability, encompassing deep reds and purples, juxtaposed against vivid nature-inspired hues and finished off with brilliant golds. The new space boasts spectacular panoramic views of the lauded Palm Jumeirah land and seascape, adding to the exclusive and upscale indulgences that Barfly has to offer. Dubai’s own nightlife enthusiasts can now experience Barfly within a new era for the brand, whilst still receiving the same A class service that the likes of Hollywood are used to!
The exquisite menu offers a delectable selection of international dishes with an Asian flair, served on large plates for a sharing style experience – making it the ideal lieu de rendez-vous for groups to impress. Feast on a selection of starters consisting of Tsurai Edamme, Lobster Gyoza or Lumpia Semarang. Move swiftly on to an array of Bao Bun flavours or try the mouth-watering Nigiri’s and Barfly Rolls, try either Spicy Tuna or the famous Taiyo roll.
For main course, take inspiration from the grill and enjoy delicious flavours of Octopus Parrillero, Baked Canadian Lobster or succulent Usda Beef Tenderlion. Also on offer is Wagyu Short Ribs, Lamb Chop or an exquisite Barfly Sakana Pot consisting of Black Cod, Sticky Rice, Garlic and Butter.

Playing on opening night and taking up residency on the decks at Barfly will be DJ Nick Alexiou. The renowned DJ is set to transport his melodic beats from Grecian beaches, where he provided the soundtrack for Buddha-Bar Beach in Mykonos, to the heart of Palm Jumeirah. From lounge to ethnic, electronic to contemporary, DJ Nick’s universal genre provides an eclectic blend of beats and rhythms that packs out the dance floor.
