The Big Turkish Breakfast, Hayal at St. Regis Downtown

Feast on a huge and hearty spread of sharing and a la carte dishes such as sucuk pide, saksuska, and mezze plates. Every Saturday and Sunday from 8am-4pm, AED 198 for 2 people.

AED 35 Breakfasts, The Coffee Club (various locations)

The Coffee Club have a new and exciting Earlie Birdie Brekkie for only AED 35. Get your choice of eggs, sausages, beans, croissant, or salmon and cream cheese toast or halloumi and pesto toast, with tea, coffee, water, or juice. Monday-Friday before 11am only AED 35.

Business Lunches

Hayal Business Lunch, St. Regis Downtown

Get transported to Istanbul and its eclectic energy every weekday with their business lunch. Diners can choose a 3-course business lunch with a mix of Turkish dishes or modern flavours. From 12:30-4pm Monday-Friday, AED 130 for a 3-course menu.

Amazonico, Gate Village 11, DIFC

Amazonian themes don’t get much better than this, with hanging foliage, giant stuffed peacocks, and Latin beats – and now their business lunch just got better. For only AED 155 you’ll get four courses, and for AED 130 you get three, including dishes like picanha tartare, Nikkei marinated chicken, sea bass, and baklava. You can also try their new sushi menu, served weekdays from midday-3pm.

Beach & Pool Days

Fluid Beach Club, Th8 Palm

A new and trendy offering at Th8 Palm Hotel, promising sleek white sunbeds while the cherry red parasol provide a brilliant splash of colour, there’s also an infinity pool and views of Ain Dubai. Get your sunbathing and schmoozing here for AED 200 on weekdays, which is fully redeemable on F&B and AED 250 on weekends. 

Kyma Beach, Palm West Beach

Greek inspired and full of bohemian charm, there’s a substantial beach with plenty of loungers to relax in, while the food offerings include grilled meats, truffled seabream, feta, and moussaka. Prices to enter are AED 200 on weekdays and AED 250 on weekends, neither of which are redeemable, open daily 10am-sunset (pool) and 12pm-1am for the restaurant.

Music & Nightlife 

Youngr, Bla Bla

Notorious British songwriter and instrumentalist Youngr is performing on Thursday May 11th in The Tent at JBR’s hotspot Bla Bla. Entry is a little on the pricey side at AED 200 but you get four house beverages with that, or if you arrive between 8-10pm entry is free of charge. 

Silent Disco, The Pullman Downtown Dubai

The first silent disco at The Pullman’s sprawling rooftop venue, with live DJs to curate the music straight to your ears. Friday 12th May, AED 99 including 3 house beverages.

Jason Manford, The Laughter Factory

The city’s favourite joker is back in the UAE and on Friday performs in Abu Dhabi – one worth checking out if you fancy a laugh. Hosted at Emirates Palace Hotel, Auditorium, West Corniche, Abu Dhabi, tickets from AED 195.

Ladies’ Night 

Akira Back, W The Palm

Every Monday ladies can quaff unlimited beverages and sharing plates on the Akira Back terrace and then cool off by taking the party inside. Priced at AED 250 for ladies, AED 399 for gents, Mondays from 7-11pm, advance booking recommended. 

Miss Lily’s, Grand Sheraton Hotel

For only AED 150 you get a food platter plus three mixed drinks from a select menu every Monday from 7-11pm. Expect party vibes with DJ Crown Prince serving up pop hits. 

Health & Fitness

Hatta Resorts, Hatta

You know summer is finally here when the outdoor resorts begin to close up for the summer. So if you want a trip up to Hatta for your dose of mountain biking, zip lining, hiking, and more, you better do so before May 15th. 

Run for Dogs, Damac Hills 2

Check out this super cute fun run for you and your pooch on Sunday 14th May. From 6:30am you and your furry friend can join the race, with all proceeds going towards helping stray dogs in Dubai. Tickets from AED 130 from 6:30am, sign up via runfordogs.world.
