Al Barari somewhat of an oasis in an oasis and the only place to rival the Palm in terms of listed price for villas and apartments has just given up it’s last 6 plots of land
The last plots were revealed last week and are under a development called ‘Amaia’. Spear headed by Mohammed Zaal CEO of Al Barari who has been working what he calls the final chapter over the last 15 years
Each villa is a corner plot and comes with its own lake. The plots range in size from 12,000 to 27,000 sq.ft
In terms of buyers there has been an increase in Europeans making enquiries. This in turn has led to a different trend in design and materials with a focus on using large open spaces and outside spaces that come inside
Although current real estate prices are at an all time high the market still represents good value (price per sq.ft) compared to Europe and the US. Add to this there just isn’t enough hi-end property to meet demand
