Brace your sweet tooth, Dubai — FIX Dessert Chocolatier is back with another bar-raising moment. The homegrown chocolate darling (you know, the one that made kunafa cool) has just unveiled its latest creation, and let’s just say… it’s got main character energy.
Meet Time to Mango — a white chocolate bar stuffed with tropical dreams: juicy mango, zesty passionfruit, and an unexpected pop (literally) of candy that fizzes like first crush butterflies. It’s sunshine in a snap, and yes, you’ll probably eat the whole thing in one sitting. Zero regrets.
FIX threw a full-blown flavour fête at Mall of the Emirates from June 13–15, complete with cotton candy clouds, game zones, and every FIX bar your heart desires. The vibe? Golden hour, sugar rush, and Gen-Z-approved levels of fun.
Missed the mango madness? No worries. From June 16th, you can score your bar of summery goodness exclusively via Deliveroo for AED 72.25 (and no, you don’t have to share).
Co-founder Sarah Hamouda says each bar is created to be a full-on sensory journey. “From that first crack of tempered chocolate to the fizzy finale of popping candy… this one’s a wild ride in every bite,” she says. “It’s nostalgic, indulgent, and just the right amount of extra.”
Oh — and if you’re jetting off soon, FIX also relaunched its terminal stand at Dubai International Airport in May. Because obviously, long-haul flights are better with mango in hand.
