Enjoy New Dinner Menu at Drift Beach

Drift Beach is open again for the sunny winter season, and has launched a delicious new Provencal-style menu with dishes such as Lobster Tortellini and Red Berry Vacherin. There’s also entertainment including a live percussionist, singers and a roaming band. This is available daily from 7pm-10pm, and perfect for a family get together or special occasion. 

Get your Spook on – for Halloween!

Catch Bastille at the Coca-Cola Arena

British pop sensations Bastille are performing on Wednesday (Nov 1st). The Indie/pop band that started with just vocalist Dan Smith expanded into four members in 2010 and became chart-toppers with a slew of popular hits. Get tickets from AED 199 and the show starts at 8:30pm.

Watch the Horrible Bosses Halloween Special

The Courtyard Playhouse is hosting a Halloween special of its Horrible Bosses (remember the hilarious movie with Jen Anniston?) improv night this Tuesday. This event involves audience participation, as you can share your horrible boss stories with the actors who will then act out the scenario. Costumes are also welcome. On Tuesday 31st Oct from 8pm-10pm and tickets are free of charge.  

Crack on with the Dubai Fitness Challenge

Dubai’s Fitness frenzy has already begun and the month-long fitness challenges pushes all residents to get active at home, school, and work. Make sure you register online and agree to commit to 30-mins of exercise each day, and there’s a huge calendar of events and activities to choose from across the city. Oct 28th-Nov 26th, free to enter. 

Party at the Loaded Music Festival

With four legendary ‘90s bands scheduled to play, plys local DJ Andy Buchan, this is set to be a night to remember, and all at your favourite Irish pub – the Irish Village. Expect sounds from Dodgy, Fun Lovin’ Criminals, Stereo MC, and Toploader, so you can boogie away to some old school tunes. The event starts at 7pm and tickets are AED 175 on Saturday Nov 4th.
