Among the tantalising additions are crevettes grilles, rotisserie butternut squash risotto, 24-hour slow-cooked duck confit, grilled octopus salad accompanied by cauliflower textures, lamb cutlets paired with aubergine and cevennes onion compote, and sea bream carpaccio adorned with a delicate citrus dressing.
