The spectacular new residence has finally announced their opening date with enticing dining options from exceptional chefs.

On Thursday February 1st 2024, The Lana, Dorchester Collection, Dubai will introduce its collaboration with three world-famous chefs.
Martín Berasategui, Jean Imbert and pastry chef Angelo Musa are behind four new concepts, which will join four others operated by the hotel team at the first Dorchester Collection hotel to open in the Middle East.
The new destination located in Downtown Dubai promises to be a dining destination of eight restaurants, bars and cafes all under one roof.
Booking is now open for dining at High Society, Riviera by Jean Imbert, and The Gallery at The Lana, starting from Thursday, February 1. Bon Bon Cafe Angela Musa
Indulge your sweet tooth at Bonbon Café Angelo Musa, a delightful new pâtisserie concept at The Lana. This Parisian-style café, led by pastry chef Angelo Musa, promises a tempting array of viennoiseries, freshly baked bread, exquisite chocolate bonbons, and delectable ice cream. In addition to these sweet treats, Bonbon will offer a selection of sandwiches, salads, and bespoke cakes. Musa’s expertise will extend to overseeing the boulangerie and pâtisserie program throughout The Lana, ensuring a truly delightful culinary experience. Get ready to savour the artistry of French pastries in the heart of Dubai.
High Society
Located on the hotel rooftop, High Society, conceptualised by Jean Imbert, offers poolside service for hotel guests during the day, Transitioning into an evening hotspot, it becomes a mixed drinks bar with an extensive selection of bubbly, grape, and beverages. The main attraction? Spectacular 180-degree views spanning Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa, and D3.
Jara by Martín Berasategui
Jara, the upcoming restaurant developed by Martín Berasategui, is set to be Dubai’s first Basque cuisine establishment. Located on the 18th floor, Jara will not only offer Basque-inspired cuisine but also feature a Jara Bar by Martín Berasategui, serving pintxos and mixed drinks. Named after the chef’s granddaughter, Jara, the restaurant promises a bold menu inspired by northern Spain.
Riviera by Jean Imbert
Led by Jean Imbert, Riviera specializes in French Mediterranean cuisine, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Riviera is positioned to be a go-to destination for creative Mediterranean mixed drinks. Imbert, known for heading the culinary team at the iconic Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris, brings his expertise to create an enticing menu at Riviera.

Bitter Honey
Situated in the lobby, Bitter Honey is a sophisticated bar where skilled mixologists craft drinks using botanics and local honey. The bar offers an elevated menu of bites within a warm ambiance adorned with dark woods and jewel-tone furniture.

A hidden gem, Txakolina is a Cuban roll lounge, boasting over 45 varieties of rolls from Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Honduras. Enjoy a leisurely experience with vinyl tunes while savouring top-shelf offerings.
The Gallery
Home to The Lana’s afternoon tea, The Gallery draws inspiration from the quintessential British ritual, offering traditional sandwiches, scones, and pastries by chef Angelo Musa. Beyond tea time, The Gallery serves breakfast, light bites, and a selection of coffee, grape, and bubbly.
Veranda
An open-air oasis, Veranda is a lush garden bar presenting signature mixed drinks, bubbly, and grape by the glass. Complementing the beverages is a sharing menu featuring tapas and international dishes with a delightful Levantine influence.
