  1. Museum of the Moon

Renowned artist Luke Jerram has created an incredible 5-metre replica of the moon, which will take over OliOli(R)’s Creative Lab, so families can bask in the unique exhibit for 15 days. Families with two or more kids can get a limited edition Family Pass over Eid to enjoy their interactive galleries as well as the moon. Prices start from AED269 for 2 children and the same number of adults go free, from 14th-30th April. 

  1. IMG Worlds of Adventure

Perfect for the whole family, IMG Worlds promises 1.5 million square feet of air conditioned adventure with 6 epic zones. The Eid celebration is a thrilling journey throughout the Cartoon Network, vibrant souq area, with unique performances including African drummers and Bollywood dancers. Open from 12pm until midnight everyday throughout EID. 

  1. Dubai Crocodile Park

The UAE boasts tons of amazing animal resorts and sanctuaries, the most exciting of these being the Dubai Crocodile park set to open in time for Eid al Fitr. Located in Mushrif Park, it promises activities and one-of-a-kind experiences with the animals, where they nurture them from hatchlings into fully fledged crocs. Open daily 10am-10pm.

  1. Handpan Orchestra, Theatre of Digital Art, Dubai

Combining Arabic calligraphy and hypnotic music, this new show called Tranquillity 360 includes the work of calligrapher Diaa Allam, accompanied by Anas al Halabi’s orchestra. Friday 21st from aed 180 at Souk Madinat Jumeirah.

  1. Dubai Food Festival, Media City

The annual Dubai Food Festival is back again this year, where guests can sign up for culinary masterclasses, or simply kick back and enjoy the food and beverage tents while soaking up the sunshine. Don’t forget other events that include the Etisalat Beach Canteen, Dubai Restaurant Week, and AED 10 Meals. Until 7th May, various prices and venues, starts on April 21st.

Another huge indoor themed attraction park, this one has a light and dinosaur show, children’s programmes and a host of freebies to keep your kids entertained. On April 21st Motiongate launches Illuminate, a show with lights and sounds at the Hollywood theatre. Meanwhile at Lapita Hotel, little ones can enjoy meet and greets with famous cartoon characters. Children will also receive a badge, free ice cream, candy and other Eid-themed treats. The offer extends to discounted room rates.

  1. 2-4-1 Brunches at Hilton, Jumeirah Beach Road

Family friendly Hilton has a BOGOF offer on their Saturday brunches for Mango Tree Thai Bistro, featuring a buffet of soups, spicy salads, and cooking stations, and also over at Vero, which features Italian cuisine focused on fresh seafood, but also including pizza and pasta. 1-4pm on Saturday 22nd April AED 249 at Mango Tree and AED 299 at Vero.

The largest indoor adventure park is finally opening its doors just in time for Eid Al Fitr. Climb up ropes, walls, get on thrilling rides, go on assault courses and stunt bag jumps in this perfect place to have fun with the whole family. Open Sat-Weds 10am-1pm and Thurs-Fri 10am-midnight.
