New Trump Tower Heading to Dubai
There’s a new Trump residence planned after the success of Trump Estates in Damac Hills.
Dubai is set to welcome a new skyscraper, thanks to Donald Trump—or at least his brand.
Slated for completion in 2025, this project will be the second Trump-branded venture in the UAE, following the Trump Estates at DAMAC Hills.
The upcoming development will include a Trump Hotel and branded residential units.
Interestingly, this isn’t the first time a Trump tower was planned for Dubai. In 2005, the Palm Trump International Hotel & Tower was proposed as a hotel and residential complex on the Palm Jumeirah, but it never came to fruition.
Back in May 2009, Nakheel announced a halt on their residential and hotel project, putting it on hold indefinitely, according to Construction Week Middle East.
The Trump Tower that was never completed.
Fast forward to now, the project is back on track, with more information about its location and design anticipated by the end of 2024.
The Trump Organization won’t own or sell any part of this development. Instead, they will licence their name and branding to the project, which will be developed by Saudi Arabian firm Dar Global.
Amid a surge of new skyscrapers in the city, Trump Towers will be just one of the many additions to Dubai’s skyline.
Dubai’s real estate mogul, Wasl, just unveiled their newest gem: One B Tower, a swanky high-rise with jaw-dropping views of the Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay.
But that’s not all – the world’s tallest residential tower is set to grace Dubai Marina, and yet another dazzling tower is coming to Downtown Dubai. Imagine having front-row seats to the Burj Khalifa while living in a permanent holiday vibe.
Dubai’s skyline is about to get a whole lot more exciting.
