If you’re not ready to call it a day after brunch, hang around for Let’s Get Pisco’d, the post-brunch terrace takeover that keeps the party going from 4pm to 6pm. Every Saturday in December, it gives you the perfect excuse to stay out and watch the sunset al fresco with a gorgeous cocktail in hand. As for music, the soundtrack will be provided by Mariah and George on repeat, and just enough Wham! to justify your dancing shoes.

The Long Chocolate Cocktail – A Festive Cacao Celebration
Looking for something a little different this Christmas? Peru’s most sacred export gets a starring role this month: cacao. Above Eleven will be shaking up five limited-edition chocolate cocktails, each with a Peruvian spirit and a holiday spin. Enjoy at your leisure on the terrace and soak up the stunning Palm views or inside the heart of the restaurant. Cacao used to be viewed as a sacred property in archaic Andean cultures, so expect something unique and special that’s both indulgent and dangerously drinkable.

Rojo: Red Hot Christmas Eve Brunch
