Trump Tower is on the horizon, and it’s bringing the city’s first-ever Trump Hotel along for the ride. Slated to launch in Downtown Dubai by Q2, 2025, this Dh2 billion-plus project is the latest luxury offering from a collaboration between Dar Global and the Trump Organisation.

Promising jaw-dropping views of the Burj Khalifa and the sea, the tower will house both stunning residences and a new exclusive members-only club, The Trump Private. The design? Iconic. The vibe? Ultra-luxe.
This isn’t the first time Dar Global and Trump have teamed up. Just last week, the duo unveiled Trump Tower Jeddah, a 200-meter stunner with 47 floors, 500 luxe apartments, and top-tier amenities. Now, they’re bringing their A-game to Dubai with a project that’s set to redefine sophistication in the region.

And that’s not all. 2025 is shaping up to be a banner year for Dubai. The Trump Hotel will join other exciting newcomers, including Mandarin Oriental’s Downtown debut, Jumeirah Hotels’ latest property near Burj Al Arab, and the record-breaking Ciel hotel in Dubai Marina, which will claim the title of the world’s tallest.
