Gaze at Syrian Art at Tabari Artspace
Syrian visual artist Randa Maddah invites viewers into a world of dreamlike imagery with her latest exhibition, Hanging Gardens, at Tabari Artspace. Featuring stunning oil-on-canvas works, the exhibition is deeply inspired by the belief in reincarnation that resonates in Maddah’s homeland. Set against the backdrop of the Golan Heights in southwest Syria—a place of refuge during turbulent times—her art explores the idea that the body is merely a temporary vessel for the soul. Through her work, Maddah offers a sense of hope, portraying death as a doorway to new beginnings.
Tabari Artspace Gallery, Gate 3, Building 3, DIFC, Dubai. Open until October 10th, from 10am to 6pm. For more information, call (0)4 323 0820 or visit tabariartspace.com.
